Northern Ireland (St. Andrews Agreement) (No. 2) Bill

The right hon. and learned Gentleman makes an interesting point, but it is not a point for us today. That we are where we are today is a tribute to all those people, especially my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister. He has brought a forensic understanding of the politics of Northern Ireland—and, allied to it a fierce tenacity and a level of commitment—as has no other Prime Minister.
