Serious Crime Bill [HL]

I hope I made clear that this is not a restricted, closed list, so it will enable us to add things in other areas. I understand thatthe noble Baroness is expressing concern and testing whether that is appropriate. The reason for ““in particular”” is to indicate that this is not an exclusive, closed list. The noble Baroness will have to consider what she thinks of that.
