I also support the amendment. One problem is that so little is known in either House about what is going on. The awareness that this is outwith the parliamentary process and that decisions are made behind closed doors has a disquieting effect on Members of both Houses, who feel that they should be safeguarding what will be required as a result of this digital switchover. If nothing else, can we have rather more reassurance from the Minister that more information will soon be available about what is going to happen and when? I do mean soon.
