Digital Switchover (Disclosure of Information) Bill

Although I was not present at Second Reading, I have read the speech of the noble Lord, Lord Whitty, which covers a lot of this ground. Also, clearly, from what he has said today, this isa major issue. He should be congratulated on unearthing a real problem. I very much hope that the Government have had time to give this consideration since Second Reading.
