I am grateful to the Minister. This is a matter of concern and I am glad that he has offered to write to me—obviously, that correspondence will be copied to other noble Lords. When looking at that correspondence, I will see whether we can come up with an amendment on Report to deal with the matter sensitively, instead of going for the blunt instrument of leaving out a clause.
