In support of what my noble friend has just said, the Minister should look at Clause 5(6) which says: "““The prohibitions, restrictions or requirements that may be imposed on individuals by serious crime prevention orders include prohibitions, restrictions or requirements in relation to an individual’s private dwelling (including, for example, prohibitions or restrictions on, or requirements in relation to, where an individual may reside)””."
If that is not draconian I wonder what is.
