Welfare Reform Bill

So much to say, so many pieces of paper. The definition of a health professional is picked up on page 21 of the regulations. I shall not read it out but it is helpfully defined there, and it is useful to have that brought to our attention. To pick up on the question of the psycho-social dimension, I think that the drafting requirements of the Bill conspire against us in having to compartmentalise out.
