Welfare Reform Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Skelmersdale (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 28 February 2007. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Welfare Reform Bill.
My memory being such, can I stop the Minister there? Is it only the personal adviser who has been appointed, and perhaps an intermediary, who will be present with the claimant at that meeting?
