That makes me even more confused, I am afraid. I shall now have to read out the Answer that the noble Lord, Lord Hunt of Kings Heath, gave me, which states: "““Access to work is a programme that helps disabled people find or stay in employment and has been in existence since 1994. Jobcentre Plus delivers it through a network of business centres””.—[Official Report, 8/1/07; col. WA 19.]"
