Human Rights

Proceeding contribution from Vera Baird (Labour) in the House of Commons on Monday, 19 February 2007. It occurred during Adjournment debate on Human Rights.
The hon. Gentleman should wait for it. The Bill of Rights was referred to as"““so woolly it would make a flock of Merino ewes bleat with envy.””" I agree. I commend the current Human Rights Act 1998 and this campaign, which will bring it further home.
