Will the Minister clarify the meaning of paragraph 50 of the Government response to the report, which states:"““The DCA will continue to work to equip public authorities to build a human rights culture within their organisations.””?"
How does her Department expect to do that and what will she do to help public authorities to become better equipped to deal with such issues?
