I am grateful to the Secretary of State for at last giving way. He will be aware that the former Health Secretary, the right hon. Member for Darlington (Mr. Milburn), has said that poverty has become more entrenched under this Government. Given that he is the Secretary of State’s flatmate, if he cannot convince his flatmate, how does he expect to convince the country?
