On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Was it not for very many years a convention of this House that the Members who moved and seconded the Loyal Address were present at least for the winding-up speeches at the end of the Queen’s Speech debate? Will you consider, Sir, sending a letter to remind all Members of some of the conventions and courtesies of this House, which seem to be being neglected?
