Commissioner for Older People (Wales) Bill [Lords]

I accept entirely what my hon. Friend says, but a full-blown investigation may often start from evidence that is given in a one-to-one interview. That is why it is important that when an interview takes place, the older person is willing and able to tell the truth without fear of any reprisals. Today, the Minister has assured us that the Bill allows the commissioner to do so without my amendment, and I am prepared to take him at his word. I beg to ask leave to withdraw the amendment. Amendment, by leave, withdrawn. Order for Third Reading read.
