NHS Services (Hertfordshire)

Well, it will clearly be higher still. We really are in an appalling situation, and my hon. Friend makes an excellent point. I come to my last point, because I hope that the Minister will be able to reassure us, although I doubt it. We are asking for nothing more than common fairness in Hertfordshire. It is true that the county is better off than some others, but we pay twice as much tax per head as people in the Minister’s constituency.
