My Lords, I beg the Minister’s pardon. It is not the central aim to impose a six-month period. The aim is to ensure proper investigation of the draft order. Among the means of doing it is the suggestion that there should be a six-month period; but I think I said in opening that I would certainly be prepared to consider a lesser period than six months, if that were thought appropriate.
