A quick perusal of the site shows that some of that material is offensive and some is bonkers, as it speaks of"““the struggle against the spread of Marxist lies in the UK””."
Although the site shows every indication of being created by people with a tenuous grip on reality, does my hon. Friend agree that they cannot escape its implications by including the disclaimer:"““I understand this web site contains no threats nor is it intended that the material should be used for any unlawful activity””?"
They cannot do so, as the site targets individuals, incites hatred and encourages violence.
