Once again, Mr. Deputy Speaker, I am grateful for your direction. I shall be delighted to reminisce about my visit to Afghanistan on another occasion. It was an eye-opening experience, and I look forward to taking up those points with the Secretary of State on a future occasion.
In conclusion, I strongly support the Bill, and congratulate the right hon. Member for Coatbridge, Chryston and Bellshill on bringing it this far. I hope that it does not encounter any further hurdles as we approach Third Reading. I strongly emphasise the need for co-ordination and accountability for British money spent on international aid.
