Electoral Administration Bill

I refer the hon. Gentleman to subsection (2) of amendment No. 6, which says:"““Arrangements must be made by the appropriate government department””." We are enforcing a duty on the Ministry of Defence in that respect. I should have thought that he would at least recognise that and be slightly more consensual about the way forward.
