Pensions Reform

I congratulate my right hon. Friend on the White Paper and the manner in which he secured it. On behalf of my constituents who are members of the Richards pension fund—now part of the financial assistance scheme—I thank him for the extension of the scheme, which will be important to many of them. He will be aware that the scheme has serious problems of cost, complexity and delay, so what proposals does he have to improve the administration of the scheme?
