I congratulate my right hon. Friend on the White Paper. I was particularly interested to hear about provisions dealing with the inequality experienced by women and carers, but I have a remaining concern: the need to persuade young people to save for their future and to provide them with information on saving. How can we prevent them from opting out of a national pension savings scheme?
