I was interested to hear what the Secretary of State had to say about women and pensions, and I think that many women will be very happy about it. He mentioned a reduction in the time for which contributions must be made to 30 years. He also said that it might be easier for some women, and carers, to accrue national insurance credits. Will he give us a little more detail about those changes?
