Health Bill

Proceeding contribution from Earl Howe (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Thursday, 25 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
That is a very helpful clarification, and I am grateful to the Minister. She did not comment specifically on subsection (6), which releases anyone affected by this clause from the obligation of confidence that would otherwise prohibit or restrict disclosure. I understand why it is there, but it is rather an open-ended provision. If either now or in writing she is able to shed any further light on that, I would be grateful.
