moved Amendment No. 97:"Page 43, line 9, at end insert ““made by the appropriate national authority””"
The noble Baroness said: Clause 47 refers to the powers of the Secretary of State and the National Assembly for Wales to direct a special health authority, currently the NHS Counter Fraud and Security Management Service division of the NHS Business Services Authority, to carry out its functions of serving and executing notices for the production of documents. Amendment No. 97 corrects an omission in the original clauses and ensures that this line is now consistent with others in the chapter. I beg to move.
