On that latter point we are, as I have tried to say in my rapid canter through this complex and important subject area, taking the end-of-life issues forward through the end-of-life networks that are being established. They are a way forward in this area and a good way of spreading good practice around in the way the noble Baroness says.
As I said in response to the concern of the noble Baroness, Lady Finlay, about the PCT reports to HSAs, I will look into how these can best be accessed and write to all Members of the Committee setting out the arrangements.
