I am grateful to the Minister. In what he just said, the emphasis was on the word ““experience”” rather than on the word ““qualifications””. I wonder why the word ““qualifications”” should appear here if it is not the intention to diminish or dilute the importance of membership of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. I understand what the Minister said about having somebody of suitable experience, but it seems to me that the concern raised by the National Pharmacy Association remains. I shall probably have to take advice from it between now and Report but, in the interests of speed, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
