I thank the Minister for that reply. I know that he was trying to be helpful. I have never been to Glastonbury, so I cannot comment on that, but I would be astonished if so many people have been gathering there over all these years without appropriate medical cover. I do not find the example entirely compelling. The conditions that the pharmacist would have to meet are more important, but we have not addressed that issue. I do not want to labour the matter, but I wish to put on record that I still have significant misgivings. I shall go away and think harder about the matter between now and the next stage but, at this stage, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
