I have some sympathy with the point that the right hon. and learned Gentleman is making, but I am simply trying to find a practical way forward. We have yet to hear the Minister’s views on this issue, but I am sure that the House will agree that the restating of the undertaking to which I have referred would be more than a nuance and would shift the ground, albeit slightly.
