The noble Lord said: My Lords, in moving Amendment No. 512C, I shall speak also to the long series of amendments grouped with it: Amendments Nos. 512D to 527, 529 and 530, which amend Schedule 15—the repeals schedule—and Amendment No. 532, which amends Clause 884. The changes to Schedule 15 provided for by the first two groups of amendments are consequential to amendments made during consideration on Report. The final amendment in this group, Amendment No. 532, ensures that the repeals of enactments specified in Schedule 15 will occur at the time when commencement orders bring the various provisions of the Bill into force, rather than on Royal Assent. I beg to move.
