Health Bill

I feel I am going to be disappointed by the Minister’s reply because I suspect that he will say that the Government have no intention of raising the age to 21, that the consultation may suggest 18, and that, at the moment, the age is 16. Those of us who think that smoking is a dangerous habit and who deal with young people who are caught up in it, whose health is being ruined, would like the question of the age limit to be open. But I am quite sure that it is not the Government’s intention at the moment and that I shall be disappointed.
