My Lords, I am grateful to the noble Baroness, Lady Northover, and the noble Lord, Lord Razzall, for their support. I agree that when the Bill goes back to the other place, it will be interesting to see the degree of enthusiasm that David Cameron shows towards the principles of these amendments.
