My Lords, if tomorrow the noble Lord has the time, let alone the inclination, to read what I said, I referred to both the reality and the perception of this legislation. I shall conclude my remarks on this point: I suspect that we will now face ping-pong between this House and the other place, which has not yet got its teeth into the Bill. In that House, there are legions of old Labour—now much more buoyant than they once were—waiting to receive the Bill and put far more onerous burdens on directors than anything put forward by the Minister. There are already Early-Day Motions.
