It is rather like saying, ““With respect””, when you do not mean that. I shall go on to make the political point. If the Leader of the Conservative Party wants to go on a sledge to Norway to demonstrate his green credentials, he cannot have Members of his party in the House of Lords tabling amendments to delete environmental concerns from a Bill in which we have an opportunity at last to get those codified in company law.
