My Lords, I am grateful to the Attorney-General. He certainly set out the position very clearly. It still does not deal with the key issue, which is that there is a distinction between how we deal with shadow directors and ordinary directors. Nevertheless, the noble Lord’s comments have been helpful. They will be studied and we will have to return to this at a later stage if necessary. In the meantime, I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
