My Lords, is there not a case for taking this away and trying to reach a common approach? That is vital and is not a matter of party politics at all. Would it not be advisable to take this away and for Ministers to have a meeting with the leaders of the Liberal Democrat and Conservative Benches and anybody else who wants to attend?
