Company Law Reform Bill [HL]

My Lords, I am grateful to the Minister for giving way. There are many issues which the Government have been addressing for a number of years which have got worse. The fact that the Government are addressing them does not mean that there is not a problem. To suggest that noble Lords have not been following this issue, that we are somehow unaware of what the Government have done, is a little unfair because we are aware of the concerns about this problem. The problem is that the problem remains.
