My Lords, I do not wish to correct the noble Lord, Lord Sainsbury, who has been extremely helpful in our deliberations on the Bill, but I draw to his attention the fact that I suspect that he read the wrong briefing note on the amendment that he has just moved. He was moving Amendment No. 13, and I think that he read the note for Amendment No. 14. His officials are grinning; I will look away to avoid embarrassing him further. I hope that when we get to Amendment No. 14, the Minister does not feel the necessity to read it again, because we all have busy lives. The amendment that he was moving indicated that we deleted:"““A company’s articles of association are part of its constitution””,"
and substituted the words in the amendment. Is the Minister saying—this is a provocative question—that a company’s articles of association are no longer part of its constitution?
