My Lords, I am grateful to the Minister, and I agree with what he said. If there is to be a company secretary or an officer who is authorised, his or her name should be on the public record. We have no problem with that; indeed, our Amendments Nos. 11 and 12, which form part of this group, are designed to achieve that. The Minister’s response was positive and we look forward to seeing the results of his further deliberations at the next stage of the Bill. I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
