Some would see ““antique”” as a term of approval. What I also said, if I may remind the noble Lord, is that Clause 7(2) states:"““A person who smokes in a smoke-free place commits an offence””."
So the Bill already makes it clear that they have to be ““in”” a smoke-free place rather than alongside it.
