I thank the Minister once again for his reply, which gives me more food for thought. I must accept the force of much of what he says, particularly as regards the flexibility inherent in regulations to vary the signage prescriptions over time. I can only hope that the opportunity will be taken to review those regulations. The beauty of a sunset clause is that it forces Ministers to review the applicability of a set of regulations; otherwise they might well stay in force for longer than necessary. Nevertheless, I note what he has said, and for the time being I beg leave to withdraw the amendment.
