Health Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Naseby (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 9 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
I am grateful to the Minister. Perhaps I may clarify the position in relation to Scotland. Failing to prevent smoking attracts a fine of up to level 4, which is £2,000, and that figure is exactly comparable with Scotland. Is that what the Minister is saying?
