There is more to come. The only difference being that there is not the first option of a fixed penalty notice for the offence of failing to display the appropriate signage in a smoke-free place. As is usual where levels of fines for offences are concerned, as I said earlier, any regulations will be subject to the affirmative resolution procedure.
