I suspect that most convertible cars are private vehicles. Unless there has been an outbreak of workplaces that are convertible cars, what I said earlier applies. If the vehicle is a shared vehicle and a workplace and it is enclosed or substantially enclosed, the rules we have already discussed on the amount of space which relate to ““substantially enclosed”” will apply.
