I do not think it is very useful for us to speculate about every conceivable aspect of human behaviour which might or might not occur on this planet. Let me deal with the point made by the noble Lord, Lord Skidelsky, who did not, I think, have the pleasure of hearing me expound on the science of this at an earlier sitting.
