Before the Minister replies, could I exemplify that point? I think I heard the noble Lord say that smoking would be permitted in a vehicle which was solely owned by the said smoker and used only by the said smoker. Let us say that I am a one-man band haulage company, with my own lorry, which I drive 99.99 per cent of the time, but I have to attend a funeral and I ask my nephew to drive the lorry. Does that then ban me from smoking thereafter, because a second person has driven that vehicle?
