I particularly support Amendment No. 27A. Being—looking around the Committee—the only Member who lives in Scotland, I think it is important that we learn from the crashing mistakes that Scotland made with the introduction of its smoking ban. For example, I am a farmer, and none of my workforce is allowed to smoke in their tractor cabs. If you are working in a 50-acre field and you are all by yourself from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm, if not longer, I think it is scandalous that you are not allowed to smoke as you are the only person in that cab. I have actually had to go and buy ““No Smoking”” stickers to put in all my tractors. It is absolutely ridiculous. It is important to try and learn from the hideous experience in Scotland.
