Will the Minister undertake to study very carefully the extremely valuable research carried out by the noble Lord, Lord Naseby? I must say it was news to me. As the noble Lord rightly said, insurance companies are not charitable organisations. If they thought that serious harm could result from passive smoking as opposed to trivial harm, they would adjust their premiums accordingly. That they have not done so surely tells us something.
