Health Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Naseby (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 9 May 2006. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Health Bill.
I am most grateful that the noble Lord accepts it. In the other place, when an honourable Member raised an issue about another honourable Member, it was normal courtesy to inform that Member that they were going to do so. I would hope, given that your Lordships’ House has more courtesies than I experienced in the other place, that, if I had been in the noble Lord’s position, I would have given him notice that I was going to raise the issue. I am only sorry the noble Lord chose not to.
