I do not want to go on about this, but all I am seeking to do is give the noble Lord the opportunity to correct the statement he made in Committee, in col. GC 43, that he had declared the interest at Second Reading. As I say, when you read his Second Reading speech, he starts by saying, ““I have no interests to declare””.
