The noble Lord said: My Lords, Clause 441 concerns disclosure of information by the tax authorities. This amendment increases the term of imprisonment from three months to six months for a person convicted on summary conviction in Scotland or Northern Ireland of an offence of unlawful further disclosure. This is to bring it into line with other offences. I beg to move.
